i dont know why you would want to do this? whats the point in it? i can understand it if you'd take some influence form for instance the sewing like this. but to just copy someones jacket lacks all the personality a battle jacket is about, if you'd ask me.
i think its to coincidental to have the Ashyxia, Framtid and Confuse patches/logos exactly on the same places.
they both love themselves some japanese hardcore/crust, so there is indeed a very small chance that this is a concidense, but with all the bands and layouts you can choose, this just comes across to similiar to eachother.
I love Metallica and especially James as much as the next person but I wouldn't copy his vest. In fact I had that exact same Cliff Burton patch before he even had a vest haha. I have sold it though. The point is the purpose of a battle jacket is to represent your own personal taste. It's something that is personal to you. James has his which is personal to him(whether or not he sews it himself or not). Why not make a battle jacket that has patches of bands you wanna put on it instead of copying James' vest? Sure there are tons of people who have the same patches as other people, but to copy an entire jacket, patch for patch and stud for stud just lacks all originality in my opinion. But best of luck finding all those patches, especially the Fist and Thin Lizzy patch. Also the Cliff tribute patch as the guy who made it isn't on eBay anymore.

I think the important thing is to know the band lying on the jacket ... If you love trash these patch are mandatory!
Copy the style there is!
