Thank you ! It's Scald, a heavy/doom metal band from russia. They only did one album before disbanding called "Will of The Gods Is Great Power" (the singer died soon after in an accident). IMO it's an epic masterpiece. The guitar work is particularly amazing. But you have to get used to the singing which is a bit particular. If you like Candlemass for instance I strongly recommand it !

Thanks ! I remember getting the N7 patch with the ME3 collector edition even before getting into Metal. So at that time I didn't know what to do about it lol. The patch on the right shoulder is a W for the band Warlord. It's an epic heavy metal band from the 80's but they only did 3 albums. However 3 jewels ! The guitarist has a very melodic style and strong neo-classical influences. If you like Maiden you might like them very much.
