Might be. But the lack of any trademark and the missprinted lyrics makes me doubt a great deal.
If I recall there is a Focusing Blur shirt out there. Looks pretty bland, but that one might be the easiest to track down I think. Although this one pops up on ebay from time to time.

Honestly, I have no idea. Not that I'm aware of at least. If there are, they must be pretty fucking rare then. I only know of this one, the logo shirt printed by Napalm Records, The Till Fälls longsleeve and that Focusing Blur shirt i mentioned.
