Nice. For some. Reason whitr and Venom are kind of a strange combination. But it's impossible to give a Venom shirt less than 5 flames. It's Venom dammit. And it's vintage. I like vintage. Vintage is worth money. I like money.

Hahah yeah that's what I meant. But I would never sell an Vintage shirt only when necesary. But one day I hope my regular shirts now will be vintage shirts (yours will be antique then) and my kids can sell them and buy some shit. Money is important to support your family. My father was/is this huge Rolling Stones fan and he has alot of really old shirts, zippo's, limited editon cd's and stuff and missprints alot of rare stuff you know. And now he gave it to me so I can sell it and buy a guitar. So that's why I like vintage stuff. May sound strange but heh.

That's cool of your dad.... don't know if i would/ could sell his collection; think i would keep it. I find it difficult to part with things: already got some good offers here for some of my shirts.....

Oh yeah I know the feel. He had difficulty's too. But it was just collectin dust and I want an ESP with Active pickups.I hate to part with things too. I can't trade/sell my stuff or even borrow it to others (got this especially with games) or for example my guitars. Altough I don't use one of them anymore and I need another one I can't part with it. But maybe it's different when having kids. I'm kinda already developing father feelings lol. Wanting kids and all. Already have a name. Nothng scares more shit out of a schoolgirlfriend then telling her that I can tell you lol.

Hmmm when I first was looking for one I looked at the Eclipse ones, because they have a Les Paul body and I already play a Gibson Les Paul and an PRS so the body is similar and I don't have to get used to it... (seriously playing on my dads Stratocaster, telecaster and ESPECIALLY ES335 is strange as hell for me) but I didn't like it in real live... too thin for a les paul. And I was looking for the Flying V models. But they don't stay on my lap while playing sitting down.... and they ruin the couch... So now I'm looking at the MH-1000 series and the Explorer models. ( I like the James Hetfield Signature, I hate signature because it's so Wannabe but this one instead of a real signature on it just has JH for james hetfield, and my initials are JH so it's made just for ME!!!) but I first gotta get some money. Going for LTD I think. Also looking at the Schecter Hellraisers. Like them too. But I just bought A Mesa Rectifier stack with alot of good luck on marktplaats so I need the money. Could trade my PRS in but meh... Can't part with it.... it's my first one you know...

Never played an Ecplise, so can't judge on that... i'm not really an Explorer fan, don't like the balance. Have a 1980 Hoyer Explorer but it's not my fav guitar. But if you want an ESP Explorer, you should look for the early pre-lawsuit model which is better looking as the new models imo... but they are difficult to find !!!

Yeah they look better. The only reason I looked for explorers is I liked the sound and it was handed to me in a store (strange story about me walking into a german music store with a Metallica shirt and an shopkeeper wanting me to play the LTD james hetfield signature because of shirt. they dragged the exact speakercab and amp I use out of the back of the store and made me play. Liked the sound of the EMG's and the JH part for that being my inituals. But am actually looking for a superstrat model lke the MH-1000 or an schecter hellraiser. It's gonna be an LTD ESP btw. Not gonna spend 2000+ on a guitar in my life again. (Atleast I think now...)

of course you can buy it second hand... talking about money: buy a new ltd and the value decreases the moment you walk out of the shop; buy a good second hand ESP and you probably have an investment

That's true.... But the LTD deluxe series is pretty nice. I mean the cheap LTD's are like squiers/cheap epiphones. But the you can't tell me an 900,- guitar is a bad instrument. I've seen alot of bands play LTD's including James Hetfield. It will never be like a real ESP but it will be enough for me right now. It won't be my main guitar. That's my Gibson Les paul Standard. That one will be my main forever. It's just for some extra sounds. And it may sound strange but I don't want another guitar as good as my Les paul.... This may sound really strange but it has to stay my mainguitar. So no guitar can compete with it. So I want a cheaper one. My PRS is an SE model too. NO 3000,- prs lol.

He wants to get rid of it. Either he gets the money or I do. And he wants me to have it. Collection is going away either way. It's not that the collection is going away because I need a guitar. I get a guitar because the collection is being sold. I can't part with the zippo's btw. They are awesome so I might keep those... And a couple of shirts.

yes, that's really rare stuff..... it is said to be one of their first shirts.... way to small for me and cut up too, but this one is going to stay with me....
