I remember that I went to a copy shop to make an enlarged logo from the CD-cover, cut out a template with a scalpel ( which was a hell of work with all those spikes) , stuck it on the shirt with double-sided duct tape and colored it in. Took quite some hours back in the schooldays.

Thanks! I did it back in the 90ies when I was at school and had time for it. I also painted a unique BARATHRUM shirt with a demo design, because at the time no merchandise was available from them. I am gonna upload that one soon. My brother even handpainted a VENOM Black Metal shirt back then before VENOM became popular/trendy again in the 2nd Wave of BM.

I asked because this t-shirt nowdays is quite rare and I bet 99.9% of people would NEVER consider doing something like this. But of course back in the day modifing a t-shirt/jacket etc to your liking was basicly the normal thing to do. That's why I find this particulat t-shirt so unique, it carries the spirit of the early days when things like that where ment to be worn and enjoyed not to be locked away in a closet to keep them mint.

I totally agree with you. Sometimes I regret modifying it. BTW: VARATHRON re-released the shirt with the exact design but with the correct logo recently.
