it annoys me that Hoest and Taake have edited the mighty TNBM emblem, removing the "Anti-Human", "Anti-Life" and "True Norwegian Black Metal!!!" statements from a symbol that the others lucky enough to be granted it, left intact, 5 flames for the ORIGINAL Svartekunst design and TAAKE in general!

I had just assumed they had the shirts printed in the US prior to the tour and the printer did a bad job.

sadly not man! from "Gravkamre..." onwards, Hoest has been using his edited version of TNBM on all releases, sadly reprinting classic shirts with this new version, I'm not sure to his motivation, but as a die-hard hoarder of this sub-scene (Beascraft, Carpathian Forest, Deathcult, Gehenna, Kreft, Krypt, Nattefrost, Svarttjern, Taake, Tsjuder and Urgehal), it is a little irksome to me as a collector!

Bloodsworn, Carpathian Forest, Deathcult, Gehenna, Kreft, Krypt, Nattefrost, Neetzach, Orcustus, Secht, Svarttjern, Taake, Tsjuder, Tyrann and Urgehal are as FAR from idiotic as it gets man. TNBM is a counter-scene created by Dirge Rep., Nattefrost, Hoest, Taipan and Vrangsinn in late 2004, and it has been proudly branded upon many an elite Satanic release. So yeah, a little education for you there! Anti-Human, Anti-Life, True Norwegian Black Metal!!!!

well, that's all doesn't matter. I'm about that label music as TNBM, or some other evil tags is a poser today I think. you can think different of course. -)
There are more evillest groups today without any labels.

definitely! so many of my favourite bands are from the worldwide abyss, the TNBM thing is special to me because so many casual fans worldwide Still see "durr hurr norwegian black metal" as Nothing more than burzum dimmu borgir emperor and satyricon... and Never look a little bit deeper their entire life.

By the way - Johnny Nordavind (Carpathian Forest) had an old project called Maanelyst, it was really fucking Nekro, only 3 songs recorded early 2000's on an analogue 4-track, fully recommended!
