As far as I know it was made by bullshirt which was a German mail mailorder catalog in the 80s. Wether the merch is official or not is debatable, but it’s awesome nonetheless. I have that shirt as a backpatch. Bullshirt also made the Slatanic Wehrmacht Shirt that is on my profile.
