I used to agree. I've cut up a few shirts myself. My Pantera tour shirt...my 2000 MetClub shirt...but NOW I regret doing it.

And even if I WERE to cut my shirts up...I wouldn't have cut it like this. But it's still awesome to have. :)

I don't cut up my good shirts. If its from walmart, jc, hottopic or somewhere like that I'll cut it up. But if its from a show or the internet I wont.

That sounds like a good rule of thumb. I think over time, i've just been interested in obtaining hard-to-find shirts...which makes me not wanna cut them up ever. :p If I'm gonna spend over $20 for a shirt...it's a collectible, for sure.

what are you guys on about? cutting off the sleeves of shirts is probably one of the most Metal things to do ..unless is a long sleeve..

with that said sleeveless metal-t's look so tough.

Indeed. I'll wear a shirt to death until it's that glorious, paper-thin, comfy shirt. And once it starts to get holes...it'll slowly go into t-shirt retirement. Only pulled out for wearing to awesome shows, etc.

I'm not really all about looking metal as fuck. I just like collecting band shirts (namely Metallica). Shit, I'd even frame shirts if they were special enough to me.

I like collecting unique metallica shirts. I hate it though when a shirts thin brand new. It makes me scared to wash it :c

Yeah....I've definitely started trying to get my hands on more unique Metallica shirts, myself.

And ...oh yeah...the important parts are where it's at! This shirt is awesome, if I do say so myself.

that shirt is awesome...theree are so many great Metallica shirts, Pushead art or otherwise. I've stuck w/ the cover art shirts myself (Kill Em All thru Justice) - but that might have to change....

I've seen some pretty rare shirts at shows recently.
And I can't fucking stand how short fat emo chicks cut them up like this. (The sleeves and collar)

Makes me want to fucking kill them.

lol...I saw your similar comment on someone else's cut up shirt. I think they cut their own shirt, tho. Again, every time I see this shirt of mine, it almost pisses me off that it's cut but hey, it was given to me by a friend so I can't really be pissed. But damn, it's a kick-ass shirt that I'd love to have whole!

one of my most fave artwork from justice era... once seen my old friend wore when we were kids, thought it was bootleg but still hard to find that times. too bad there's no the shortest straw reprint with this exact looks because it's the best!
