The tag confirms your guess, its a LD shirt from early til mid 2000s that was sold through various mailorders like Metalbörse or the Bullshirt stall on festivals, most likely not offical.
This shirt was reprinted over the years and i remember that in 2017 or so you could still get it at the Metalbörse shop.
There was also a version with a backprint.
