There is a Canadian kids show called Kids of Degrassi Street, in a particular episode "Catherine finds her balance," you can clearly see her wearing this shirt in a few scenes, the episode is on YouTube, also, her mother is played by Alannah Myles who sang "Black Velvet," this episode is from 1984. Look it up.
