No cut sleeves!
I was wondering if the brown structure is supposed to be the tissue of the uterus walls and the egglike thing is ment to be the bursted amniotic sac (with vessels in it's membranes)?! In that case this might be an original "uncensored" artwork, that might have been considered too "disgusting" back in the days regarding prudery in America. I always thought the light blue background looked silly! The LP would have looked much better with a cover like the print of the shirt! If I'm wrong with my assumption then the one who composed the artwork for the shirt was feeling the same about the babyblue background and showed extraordinary creativity in correcting what he disliked and rethinking the siamese twins environment.
