You got it almost right! The text refers to an old documentary trilogy http://litteretro.se/2010/05/nu-kan-du-kopa-bocker-hos-litteretro/100_01... "Dom kallar oss mods" = "They call us Mods" that was about two mods who were drug addicts. And the under title on the second film was "ett anständigt liv" = "A decent life"
