There are 2 different meanings with the 'cut/hole'.
1a) a CUT (lp/cd) means = Cut-Out and marks the last copies of a series.
1b) a HOLE (lp/cd) somehere it the cover = marks the last copies of a series.
2) a HOLE (lp/cd) in the serial-code = marks a Promo
