Not my employment. I couldn’t keep the shirt, listed it at what they ordinarily sell for. Took an offer a bit below that. After 12% - 15% in fees it’s sold. People buy/sell/trade for gain and loss here all day. I’ve not gouged anyone in price… I had to sell it. Im not seeing an issue, or why people care.

If you didn’t have money you shouldn’t have bought them in the first place. But your intent from the start was to make a profit. You bought them because you wanted to make money of it.

This is the best I can do to respond to everybody.

Do I often resell items? Yes.
Do I often procure items here? No, I’ve obtained 6-8 items here, they are all for sale (except for a dying fetus hoodie - I collect dying fetus stuff), some just below market value, some just above. If you consider fees and other costs they will align what they often cost here.
Does anyone other than the seller know what I bought the item for? No
Where do I procure items typically? From thrifters who don’t know what shit is worth and don’t give a shit about the item.
Does anyone know what i sold it for? No.
Has anyone considered that buying shit here where people know what shit is worth is substantially less profitable? Doesn’t seem like it
Have any of you met or spoken to me? No
Do any of you know other than the seller how long this item was in the mail? 4-6 (give or take)
Are any of you aware that over let’s say a 5 week period that something shitty can occur to a human being? It’s likely happened to everyone here multiple times. Could a car accident happen over that time period? Well certainly. Could you find out your wife’s cancer is back? Yep, probably takes an hour for an appointment. These types of things happen all the time, and in 5 week period the probability for someone’s life to change aren’t that low.

You’ve all assumed with zero knowledge of what I bought and sold the item for, or why I did it. You guys literally don’t know a fucking single thing about the situation that your bitching about. These are aimless, bandwagon accusations based on very little.

Do you require a receipt for what I sold it for? These Bathory shirts generally sell for $150, look it up, click the link dude posted whatever, I sold it for less than that on an offer. I helped someone who loves the band get a good price.

Someone assumed I preplanned this whole thing. No I didn’t, that’s a waste of time. It’s less profitable to do so here. I’ve sold 3 items from this website, and about 1300 from people who needed to sell the items or got them at thrift stores. Why would I come here to do this when I can make more elsewhere?

My wife’s cancer has returned if you must know, my life is fucked up. I’m selling this shit first, then likely a lot of items I’ve owned for 29 years, from Pantera to dying fetus.

The replies I’m receiving are so empty of anything to base it on. Go yell at morbidtee on Etsy, I did yesterday. He’s piece of fucking shit, trying to sell eyehategod boots on paper alstyle for $270. He’s a scum bag. I am very grateful for every customer we have, I shouldn’t have to explain any of this. This is why alot of good, genuine collectors refuse to come here, I am now including myself in that. The arrogance that breeds here is what’s disgusting. Not me selling a shirt.

So you bought the shirts for your own collection. But your wife has cancer. So you’re forced to sell them.
Luckily you already had an active ebay shop set-up when you found out. Where you were selling loads of other shirts even before you bought these three. Ow and yes, you need money but not that bad so you don’t have to lower the prices to speed up your sales of a few shirt per week maximum.
I’m sure many people on here are naive but I am not. If you’d just speak up and say ‘yeah, i bought for profit’ than I would still not support the behavior but at least you’d be straight with everyone. Now you’re just trying to find some excuses, which isn’t a flattering thing to look at.

Arrogance? You expected a pat on the back for reselling shirts did you? Maybe try some of the ‘genuine collectors’ if you crave approval.

Why would I come here for a pat on the back? I can’t make sense of that, I’ve never posted until this bullshit started.

Right before our daughter was born she was diagnosed with stage two Hodgkins a lymphoma (not the round up kind), this was discovered in enlarged lymph nodes. This type of cancer has many unknowns, especially direct links to cause, we are inclined stress to be a large factor. She went through two rounds of chemo 8.5 years ago beginning in Colorado. The first round helped, a second was required. There were no signs of any of cancer left. She was given a 0-.1% of ever being able to have a child, not that we were trying. She was immediately pregnant, this was amazing news… a good sign for her bodies recover. She hit the magic 6 year mark of remission… just outside of that it came back about 2-3 years ago. This time radiation plus chemo… it subsided. Now it’s back again, her immune system is wrecked. We are living in a pandemic. We’ve been on eggshells with covid prevention, this could kill her easily. She was immediately vaccinated and right at the cusp of needing a booster was ill, she had covid. She got through it with ease. However we are about to do another round of chemo. I’m supporting our household, child, and wasting time on here.

Yeah I had an eBay account. Millions do. I sell shirts, not from here, from thrifters and people who don’t give a shit.

I bought these for me, The last 8 weeks have become progressively worse financially.

I’m hardly home, my daughter may see her mother die.

I will repeat, shut the fuck up about pretending you know anything about me.
