There’s not much of anything special to mention about the shirt other than it’s insanely beautiful graphics that the U.S version never had, and about how rare it is to even find one of these, as this is the first one I’ve ever seen online.
In my opinion, the Euro version tops out as one of my favorite Megadeth shirts ever!

Tis is such a great poster! I got the same one in the late 80's and it's huuge: 39"X 55"!
