It was though this album that i began to knew them back in the day, and saw them live, it was a blast!!

i can remember a planed tour (which were canceled before it started) Overkill + Dismember + Witchery ..haha..but it never happend..and i still could cry ..haha..Witchery is great, love them :) i just miss their last album

When i saw them they were touring with Moonspell, Kreator and Novembre, they kicked some serious ass on that stage, to me it looked like a more heavy and extreme version Mercyful Fate was playing, Toxine was such a great frontmen for them too, i remember he had that W belt with him with a wood hammer on one side and a wood stake on the other, they did not bring the sexy nun though eheheh.
One release from them i would like to get someday is theyr Witchburner ep, it has some great covers, the Accept one is a blast for example !!

Yeah..Toxine was great..thats why i never bought the last album...with Legion on vocals..haha...i have tested..its not that bad as i expected..but anyway..its not Toxine.
Well..the Witchburner E.P. i wish i could get the CD someday..for a good price.., i 'just' have the PicLP, its a great E.P. indeed

I think Legion did a good job on Witchkrieg but it was not Toxine and the fans were used to him singing, the last head of Witchery they had hired Emperor Magus Caligula as their new vocalist, but that was a couple of years ago and no new album in sight :(
