Same ... ordered this killer edition from UK 'Record Store' shipped over and good rate postage too! Glad I did, great promo label with tour dates and has the signed pic packed with it. Don't want to open it though LOL

DDVA Spec Ed's for example were very different (USA NB cheap Trifold Digipak, UK Peaceville much better prints and quality DigiBook) so opened them and trimmed labels and kept inside. Hot air gun only started bubbling the damn thin plastic shrink wrap tighter! haha Oh well ... so ripped them open. ;-))
Experience with COF memorabilia always get Euro or UK for best value and production. Always worth the wait I've found.

Classic fail to my theory, as filthyfuck knows, was a purple slipcase Australian Tour CD at the Sydney 2001 concert and didn't buy it. "Just a MFN Midian CD stuck in cardboard, no plastic wrapper, must be bootleg" :-(((

Yeah I've got that slipcase tour edition of midian. They probably just had the slipcases printed up n put them over the cds to sell at the show......but now they are very sought after by hardcore cof collectors!!

Ohhhh I am well aware how rare they are! LOL Yes. That's what they did, just added the slipcase to import stock CD's for Oz tour.
It looked at the time like a ton of quickly printed slip cases on bootlegs being flogged off in Sydney and Melbourne around that time. Banana Records had Led Zep, Black Sabbath and Bob Dylan concert bootlegs etc :_(((
