Your post headline is because JP were charged with too much overdubs using in the live album, right ? If I remember well, JP were charged with about it for Priest Live album. Anyway a great live album for me too

According to the legend, Rob Halford was sick and couldn't sing properly so he had to do the vocals again in the studio. Still a fantastic live album, "Victim of Changes" is so awesome!!!

I heard the same story about every live recordings they have ever released, not that he was sick, but that they are all studio recordings. It doesn't really matter for me because its a great album!
