Definitely! Probably the album I've listened to the most.

If you ask me, that's essential Judas Priest; a no-fillers, all-killers classic! Painkiller and Screaming for Vengeance come second! Great vinyl!

100% agree with you :) I couldn't tell you how many time I've listened to Stained Class from start to finish haha

Ah, for sure! "Exciter", "Beyond the Realms of Death", "Heroes End", and "Saints in Hell" are all blistering baddies! It's ironic, having acquired both the earlier CD presses (American and Austrian) and cassette, that I still don't have this LP! I'm going to have to do something about that! ;)

It was nice surprise when I found this LP in great condition at the record store for only $5! I also got Hell Bent For Leather LP for pretty cheap the same day, I still need a copy of Killing Machine, preferably the Japanese pressing.

As far as Killing Machine goes, the best remastered one would probably have to be the 2010 reissue that Audio Fidelity put out! But yeah, you can't go wrong with Japanese pressings! The only Japanese CDs I've got are Grim Reaper's See You in Hell and Tygers of Pan Tang's Spellbound (too bad none of them came with obi strips).

The only remastered Priest albums I have are Screaming for Vengeance and Defenders of the Faith, I only have 1 Japan CD which is Sin After Sin but I have 3 Japanese records. I really like Japan pressings over any other since they usually come with extra stuff.

Are the Screaming for Vengeance and Defenders of the Faith remasters both from 2001 or 2002? I am aware they switched the channels on Defenders of the Faith, but it's always nice to get the bonus tracks. As much as I don't want to get the remaster for Painkiller, "Living Bad Dreams" is a great ballad! Japanese pressings rule because of the bonus tracks and/or extended liner notes, indeed.

I believe they are from 2001, but if you don't like the remastered versions but want the bonus tracks get the CD called Judas Archives Vol 1, its not an official release but it contains all the unreleased bonus tracks from all the remastered albums and some live songs from various singles.

I'll probably look into it, thanks!
