as far as i know, that Desaster is OFFICIAL not boot... and from WHP's photo it looks pretty good quality, not as blurry as in this picture.
But yeah, if there ain't official patches existing, i support people making boot. Some boots are really well made though.
u know even for vinyls boot, there's a clear distinguish between Mayhem Dawn of the Black Hearts and other crappy rarity counterfeits.

that one has glittered threads too but can't see clearly on the picture. And believe it or not, patch_depot must be closely related to WHP or they are even the same guy behind, since they are all Thailand based. They also used the identical photos of the patch on ebay and their own website.
And according to their statement, this Desaster IS official, u can see a license to the bottom right corner.
BTW HFD is definitely my fav Desaster album, though i would prefer the Metallized Blood patch to this one.

Don't know what WHP is , sorry, but I guess that's a well known label, never bought anything from Thailand except a couple of patches from p-d.

But yeah I agree, HFD is indeed a hell of an album! my fave one as well!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure WHP is run by the same people who run patch depot on eBay. WHP sells only official stuff though, including this Desaster patch.

I don't see a problem with bootlegs sometimes, its still helping get the music out there to other people most times, which is what you should want for your music instead of getting as big as Metallica or Guns N Roses. Plus, if I did bootlegging the money I'd make probably would go back to the band after buying tickets to shows, Lps, tshirts, etc... And nice Bolt Thrower reference btw.

Be happy some ppl make great looking boots - better a nice boot-patch/boot-LP (or a live gig maybe) then NEVER GET IT/own it!
..and no1 is scamming the bands, if the bands want the money for (example) patches - why the hell they dont make some!

i dont understand some ppl...said this bootleg that bootleg bla bla bla....hey look at ur jacket 1st...if u said u buy an original why there many bootleg patch at ur jacket....if u live here u will know how hard to get a stuff like rare patches,lp.cassette,shirt and other stuff...that desaster patches is an original from WHP..
