This is from Georg Bruce cedee I think, he used to reborder old patches.

Which patch is this a reborder of? I know Georg Bruce did some reborderings, but this patch does not look old to me. I have seen a couple uploads of it here on TSS, and they are all from this year as far as I can tell.
