i think im the first to upload this :) ( hope i am)
its a kick ass record, dont expect any thrash, you wont find any (well not that much). very modern sounding yet very vintage megadeth at the same time. mustaine proves once again he is a riff lord! go buy it!

I kinda have the same issue with Anthrax's Worship Music, I thought they'd return to a more thrash sound with Belladonna but the latter half of the album starts to drag a bit, it's just not as thrash as it could be. Nevertheless I'll check this one out.

Like I said in the forum topic, I like this one on the first listen and would rather a good album that has thrashy moments than a forced attempt at a pure thrash album
I've always liked Megadeth's 90's albums and this one is a good mix of the Countdown-Youthanasia sound with hints of the earlier stuff

Good point, I would rather that too.

Great album. Endgame=Thirteen IMO. Awesome albums both. If there had been dropped a few songs off, Thirteen would be even better. But If I remember correctly, the record company demanded 13 songs... I'm lovin the new version of new world order. Loved the original version too..
