well, THE Asphyx hahahaha..... yep the Dutch pride: Martin/ Bob's Asphyx... that was a very cool gig... btw the gig-posters of Vera Club are real collectables: Groningen is a university city and the artists/ designers mostly are students at the Minerva Acadamy... some already did expo's... so its pretty cool to get a free limited litho at a gig made by someone who maybe can become a well-known artist !!!
ah..ok, nice to know :) ...well...i must say...the poster itself..is nice for a gig-poster..but without the Original Asphyx logo...nope....i want their great fucking logo on *whatever* ..lol
unfortenately there's not many metal gigs anymore at that place... mostly indie/ alternative stuff.... in the old days they did a lot of metal concerts.... Slayer did there a clubgig in 1985; i wasn't allowed to go by my parents because they thought i was to young !!!!... it still hurts till this day, dammit hahaha
same here...we had some small clubs with a lot of metal-gigs..back in days, a lot of great stuff was playing..and my parents also didnt let me go because to young..with 14/15 years..haha..
