Iron Maiden Number of the Beast Q102 radio promo

The shirt itself is genuine from 1982.
This is what we know about the rest:
A seller in California was selling a handful of these shirts, claiming they were from the vaults of Q102 radio station.
Either he was telling the truth, or he collected a number of mint Hanes label NOTB shirts first, then added the Q102 to the back print himself.
Q102 is a complete unknown in the Maiden history. Strange choice to add it to a shirt if the intention was to invite big dollars.

UPDATE Dec 2017:
Research has led to discovering the only Q102 station with the exact font used on the shirt hailed from Texas. Up until the early 90's the station specialised in hard/heavy rock. Members of the station Facebook page suggest the shirt may have been used as giveaways during fundraising events known as 'blood drives.'
