I ordered 3 patches from a seller. The German DHL lost them. I got partly refunded by the seller. So it would be good to just delete these transactions because there has been a third party mistake. I never received the items. But that's not the seller's fault.
Problem is: I am constantly getting automatic messages from TSS asking me to complete the open reviews. That's somewhat annoying. Is there any way to just delete problematic transactions like these?
I certainly could give the trande a "neutral" rating. But that appears unfair to the seller. I could give it a "great" rating. But the communication has been far from great - so I don't want to do this either.
How can I stop the automatic "Did you receive"-messages?

I think best thing to do would be to write the trade was good at first but due to the shipping company loosing the patches i didn't receive it otherwise then that idk
