GWAR completely unhinged Scumdog Tribute Vest

So this uh.... This one may have gotten a bit out of hand.

My initial concept was to make a tribute vest using an old ripped Gwar tour shirt I've had laying around and of one of the white shirts I had worn at a show. Then do the standard pins and patches all over.

But it felt.... Unworthy? What's the point in making a tribute vest to one of the most ridiculously over-the-top bands in history if you yourself are not also willing to get a little ridiculous as well...

Well.... a couple Halloween masks and a few dozen Adderall later and here we are.

Its still not quite finished. There's a few patches I'm hunting for and a few other little details I may add at some point, but I'm calling this one done for now.

This has to be my favorite battle jacket of the year ! Hats off to you for bringing the scumgogs vibe to life with this , I just love it !

I'll fully admit, I'm not the biggest fan of this jacket (personal preferences), but god damn do you need to be commended for the work that went into this.

The theming is on point with GWAR, from the giant spikes, skull shoulder pads, and claw/teeth necklace on the collar. I love how the buttons are eyes as well, amazing work mate!
