I just updated name of the shirt.
For me Master's Hammer has been the best old school symphonic/avant-garde/weirdo black metal band from Chez! Also Root, Törr, Morrior etc. are great!
You can find this design by googling the name Master's Hammer - Klavierstuck t-shirt. At least Horror Records and Abyss Records are selling this.
I bought mine from Metal Warning Festival 2 and I think seller was Kvlt metal store from Helsinki. Not 100% sure.

Well, many record store, distro and labels are selling "Jilemnice Occultist" shirt. Search: Osmose, Hell's Headbangers, Hammer of Hate, LedoTakas, Agonia records etc.
