Got a couple patches from them some months ago, and everything went perfectly, the package arrived right when it was supposed to, and everything was as described. The communication was good too.
My only issue: the shipping fee was fucking ENORMOUS! Really too much, but as most online shops do the same thing (at least in my case), i can't really blame it as a particular downside of their shop.
