I bought this Venom shirt in 1987. It’s from Venom’s first live and most hated album called “Venom Live Official Bootleg” recorded live at Hammersmith Odeon in 1985 and released in 1986.

It’s called bootleg but it’s their own official recording they called bootleg, they were pissed everyone was making and selling bootlegs of their stuff so they decided to make their own, and purposely crappy sounding. These OG satanic bad boys didn’t give a fuck about high fidelity or bad reviews.

I’ve worn this shirt to a ton of shows, on stage and in the pit, thats why it’s so worn down. The last pic is of me wearing it during a Phlegm show in 91/92.
