If you just search up Helter Skelter Merchandising you’ll see that they catered to many bigger alternative rock bands from the 90s. I think that’s all we can really get, year unknown but probably leaning towards mid to later maybe 93-96

The only thing I know is that Helter Skelter merchandise company was based in Rome Italy .
Licensed products of course and limited quantities.
From early 90's to mid 90's.
Here you can find a Nirvana military jacket like this one.
