Has the music video for the song Runnin' on it. Possibly a 1/1, not sure. At the end it has a Ministry video and a Jane's Addiction video, which dates it to be around 1989. Not much info on this band out there, except that they're from Florida and put out a single in 1987 and an album in 1988. This is also the only known footage (to me at least) of this band

Update: I got in contact with the vocalist of the band. This is not 1/1, but it's very rare. He told me that this video was never released. There are more videos of them out there, but also very rare
