That's most likely a (visual) tribute to the LLN. It doesn't mean they were part of it though.
Les legions noires and their works date back to the beginning of the nineties and most bands had common members (Mütiilation, Vlad Tepes, Torgeist...) . It was a pretty brief and underground movement to which Nehemah were never related. Also, Nehemah started later as a band.

That's why I said VISUAL tribute. I meant displaying the LLN sigil is surely a nod to its founders and doesn't imply Nehemah are forcing their way into the legacy of the LLN.
If I'm not wrong, the sigil on that record is the only existing "evidence" of Nehemah belonging to the LLN, therefore I highly doubt they can be associated with Meynach's circle
