It was from a Thai seller. “A-Patch-E-Store”
Based on my amateur investigations I think these came out of either Thailand or Malaysia from about 7 years ago. Other knock offs I’ve seen include:
Dismember - Massive Killing Capacity
Morbid Angel - Covenant
Dissection - Inverted Cross
May be others but these are the ones I’ve been able to confirm.

theres even manowar bootlegs that look like originals but have the same diferences as yours, i've been fooled andbought them asvintage too in afestival.
