Guys guys, slow down. I am pretty sure this design is from after the 1990s anyway because around that time period Peaceville/Razzmatazz didn't even release hoodies with zippers. The year is just the year of copyright. So the design is from 1999 but printed on various types of clothing in the years after that...

is from 1999 made. if they used only the year of copyright then why they did not use 1994 which is the first
