Gwar plastic shot glass

I was given this when I met Beefcake the Mighty (Todd Evans?) at a signing table at "Sounds of the Underground" in Atlanta, GA in 2005. Underage drinking, yeah! Even back then, Gwar/Jagermeister-branded freebies like this being given out to people at what clearly seemed to be a largely adolescent-oriented event made me feel a bit cynical. Don't get me wrong, I love drinking! The Jagermeister sponsor-pimping was very apparent, though.

Mr. Cake also gave me a signed poster that featured all the bands on the tour and was emblazoned with a gigantic Jagermeister logo along with the shot glass. I also asked him to sign a dollar for me, which he did.

During their set, I caught a bunch of Gwar "juice" in a paper cup. Before we left, I drank the bulk of it like Communion wine. I tried to save the remainder in this shot glass to take home and freeze because I'm a dork. Sadly, it got knocked over when I set it on the pavement at a gas station we stopped at on the way home...
