an usual Metal shirt and then bleached? must try it with an old badass shirt

5
Nostias's picture

Yeah, just get toilet bleach, put the shirt in the bath, squirt it over thew shirt, watch it get light, and wash it quick.

5
Phosphorous_Redeemer's picture

It looks better on the thrash shirts, on this one it looks out of place

Nostias's picture

I bleach my trousers and boxers too. This frigging shirt is COMMON AS MUCK, it needed a bleaching or I'd never wear it out for fear of seeing another dude with it on... and those other dudes are always FAT NERDS!

5
Phosphorous_Redeemer's picture

Do you fear wearing the same boxers as other people too? haha j/k. I know alot of people have this shirt (i do its one of my favorite albums), when we were at immortal, everyone was wearing mayhem, immortal, burzum, cradle of filth and darkthrone shirts (mostly this one). Lame!

Nostias's picture

I do my boxers so I know which are mine as I have 2 male flatmates too.

5
Bayernpirat's picture

in the next days I will buy some bleach.
I have used now some color for washing machine to make some grey shirts darker. WORKS GREAT - upload coming soon

5
Nostias's picture

Cool dude, I look forwards to seeing them!

5
Bayernpirat's picture

it´s done

5
antichrist's picture

Why would you ruin a perfectly good Darkthrone shirt? I don't really get this "bleaching" thing.

1
Nostias's picture

Only nerds and posers wear off the rack shirts.
If you don't get it, you're a noob.

5
Nostias's picture

Exactly bro! I mean how many cunts have this fucking shirt?
TOO MANY! I hate wearing the exact same shit as other cunts!
Live the dream, fucking INJECT YOUR OWN STYLE TO SHIT!

I have been trying to update a lot of shit on here but for some reason my pix aren't loading up! New updates of BLEACHED SHIT coming, you filthy slags! :D

5
Nostias's picture

FF myself, never use IE as it blows arse. May be the net connection at work. Fuck it, I'll try later at home mate.

5
peeewt's picture

seems like you have injected shit into your own style

Nostias's picture

Shit is metal as fuck.

5
Jesse95's picture

I admit it looks a little weird with this shirt because it's one color. But still unique to your style.

Nostias's picture

Weird is good. Who wants to look like ever other cunt?
People are too scared to inject their own style, be yourself, fuck the system!

5
antichrist's picture

Why everyone else is a "cunt" to you? Of course everyone has their own style and they may like it, others don't, so get over it and calm down.

punk

5
Nostias's picture

Metalpunk!

5
BruteAxe2011's picture

Gotta agree with antichrist. Bleaching a classic Darkthrone shirt doesn't make sense to me.

However, if you like it, fuck yeah! Wear the hell out of it. Definitely would never insult you for doing it. That's what metal is all about, is freedom to do as you wish. Just don't go insulting others that have a differing opinion.

"Only nerds and posers wear off the rack shirts.
If you don't get it, you're a noob."

Seriously dude? Come on...

1
Nostias's picture

All nerds keep their shirts collared and sleeved.
They also are the ones that frequently tuck their shirts into (their often leather trousers) and have large, gay as fuck belt buckles.

Seriously, you see those gimpoids at festivals all the time!

As for ruining this piece of crap shirt, it's common as much, i've seen a million normal ones and I don't want to see any more. I'd like one in neon pink myself.

5
doyle92's picture

I'm sensing a large amount of elitism here.
Fair enough you want to do your own thing, some people don't want to bleach their clothes or customise them,
That doesn't make them a nerd or a poser,
May I remind you people have been doing your "individual" thing for a long time,
Everything original has already been done, bleached shirts seem to be very popular
in the trendy crowd these days, even with black metal shirts,
So does that make you a poser and a nerd? Because you're wearing the same gear?
Who gives a fuck what everyone else does, everyone has the right to do whatever the fuck they want man.

LaUlvenDrepe's picture

"Who gives a fuck what everyone else does, everyone has the right to do whatever the fuck they want man."

- That was exactly the point that I was trying to make, and apparently it was completely missed. Well said man.

1
Nostias's picture

Yeah, it's not like their are any elitist vibes in black metal...
TROLOLOOLOOLOLOLOLOOLOOLOLOL etc.
Simple fact is this shirt is old, common and played out.
End of the day, I'm the mac daddy.

5
doyle92's picture

You're the mac daddy?
How is that?
And also i didn't mention anything about the black metal scene,
just the tshirts.
Keep on the subject please my friend.
(no sarcasm intended)

Nostias's picture

The only thing i'll keep to is YOUR MUM.

For I...

Am your father.

Now take the bins out, slag.

Nostias's picture

HAHAHAHAHA!

5
LaUlvenDrepe's picture

What the fuck does wearing clothes any which way or style have to do with being a nerd or poser? I hope that was just some lame joke.

Honestly I don't care what you do with your shirts. I just see that stupid word being thrown around for little to no reasons. People that TRY to be different are no better than those who TRY to fit in. Just be yourself and stop criticizing others.

1
Nostias's picture

Being isn't trying.

Yoda and shit bro.

5
LaUlvenDrepe's picture

Yeah... except you ARE trying.

If you go around saying that you don't want to look like every other "cunt" and then purposely make an effort to look different in the way you dress or whatever then you're trying dude.

Clothes don't make people different. We may use clothing to express something (that you like a certain band, for example), but they don't shape our personality. I just wear whatever I feel like wearing without concern for what others are wearing.

Again, I don't care what you do or why you do it, it's just the way you seem to talk that pisses me off a bit. It sounds like you are in middle school when you still stereotype others as nerds or dorks or cunts or posers plus whatever else you said... especially when it's for how they dress. But hey... to each his own I guess.

1
Nostias's picture

A man walks into a gig, sees 50 people wearing the exact same shirt.

Nuff said.

5
Blüdrayne's picture

it certainly is very unique. cant say i'm the biggest fan. i like the all black thing myself. its definitely creative and unique though, and this site needs more of that.

4
Nostias's picture

End of the day, its a shitty old t-shirt that I jazzed up.
They say "Familiarity breeds contempt" and I am very familiar with this fucking print!

I just prefer custom shit, not off the rack boring shit anyone can buy that we've all seen a million times.

Mainly with common prints and bands with only one print out, I have to custom that shit up.

5
antichrist's picture

You just called Transilvanian Hunger "rack boring shit".

1
Nostias's picture

Yeah off the rack, as in "off the shelf" as in basic, standard original condition, nerdy arse shirt. A shirt that any one can buy.

In the UK we have a shop called "Top Shop" that sells studded leather Motorhead jackets off the rack, anyone can buy the look. Its off the rack culture that is a fashion thing, a trend thing. In the USA thay have "Hot Topic", same shit again.

I'm just too hardcore metalpunk to settle for that shit, I distance my self from it. All of my shit is custom or underground or limited.

Each to their own, I just puke at conformity and a lack of personal style. I just hate commercialism and the mainstream that rapes my culture.

5
antichrist's picture

Now I kinda get what you mean, in Finland we don't have that kind of stores that make ready-to-go metalish look jackets or anything like that. I also like to make shirts by myself, but I can't understand why EVERYTHING you wear or use has to be super rare, actually I don't even care anymore. Do anything that YOU feel comfortable doing, but please learn to understand constructive and sometimes not so constructive criticism.

1
Nostias's picture

I hang about at a lot of gigs and metal bars and I see the same shit every day, I'm bored of it so I customise my shit.
Being Finnish isn't every bar metal all the time? Don't you just see the same stuff over and over? I'm a thrashpunk, I like my shit chaotic.

5
Ironhead's picture

"Metal bars" suck ass. I rather go to normal ones and listen to music at home.

BeefCakeAssThrash's picture

Finnish bars... I expected a bar named "Perkele" to be more badass, and not denying me entrance when I'm singing Agent Orange outside on the sidewalk..

ToxikAssault's picture

Finnish idea of "badass heavy rock bar" is stupid 'heavy karaoke' (which sucks ass btw.) and short haired mallcore customers! Even the regular bars suck :/

Nostias's picture

Shit, I had high hopes for Finland metal bars from what I'd heard.

5
Necrosathanas's picture

The only reason I'd go to a finnish metal bar would be a good band playing there. Though I rarely go to any bar unless it's a good gig.

Nostias's picture

Why, do you find that nobody talks to you at a metal bar?
Perhaps they know something....

5
Ironhead's picture

Well the solution for not having an off-the-rack Transylvanian Hunger shirt like millions of others do is not to buy it. Buy a more rare print or do one yourself. This just looks fucking disgusting. First thing that it brings to my mind is some fashion blogger buying band shirts from a thrift store to customize them like this and wear them "ironically" at a mall.
This bleaching thing really doesn't fit on printed clothing, specially not 'Transylvanian Hunger'.
And if you're really into it anyways, you don't give a shit about this comment.

Nostias's picture

I fucking love pies.

5
Ironhead's picture

Blueberry pie... Mmmm...

Nostias's picture

Pie is cool.

5
Blüdrayne's picture

i like making creampies. but not eating them.

4
Nostias's picture

I hear that.

5
R.J.'s picture

Seems like you're trying really hard to LOOK different. Just be yourself, and if you're different, you're different. Who gives a shit if someone else owns the same shirt as you, why is it so horrible to have something in common with another human being? If you like the way a bleached t-shirt looks, then do it. But, judging from your comments, you're doing it for "individuality". Get over yourself man, wearing a bleached Darkthrone shirt doesn't' make you any different or any better than anyone else. The reason you'll see 50 people wearing the same Transilvanian Hunger shirt at a gig is because they want to show support for a great album and a great band. If you're really in it for the music, don't let someone else determine what you wear.

Nostias's picture

"Don't let someone else determine what you wear"
Yeah, I see see how original you are from here.

5
R.J.'s picture

Yes, because it's all about being 100% original all of the time. Originality is something you obviously have more understanding of than all of us, judging from your bleached t-shirt (something which has obviously never been done before!)

Nostias's picture

Yeah well I've been customizing my clothes since 1994, the fashion world copies street style and subculture. Thats why you can buy spiked Motorhead jackets in the highstreet now.

5
doyle92's picture

so, in your attempts at "Originality"
You just cut the sleeves and bleach every shirt you own and make them all look the same?
And then shun others for wearing the same tshirts?

I'm leaving this conversation...

Nostias's picture

Yup, now fuck off noob.

5
doyle92's picture

Loving the maturity.

Nostias's picture

Loving your mum.

5
