Well, its all about music taste but all the bands you named plus convulse (my favourite death metal band from Finland), has only one album, awesome album but just one, so as much as i love the Finnish scene, can't be superior than swedish.

Well at least, when we are talking about the "big Swedish bands" for me. Don't get me wrong, I love LAEFS, LHP and all of those, but Finnish Death Metal just hits darker and harder. Purtenance, Demilich, Rippikoulu, Demigod.... all superior in my ears. Different thing with second and third row though. God Macabre, Gorement, you name it, are on the same level as Finnish DM. For me.

Having to sit on it for so long before you can date it definitely shows that it's an uncommon one. Embroidered patches can be a bit of a nightmare to date, so you did well!
