LMAO !!!! I paid about $35.00 for my copy.Should have waited if would have known that Metallica would release them again..I still need the St.Anger album that is a tough one to find for a good price.
Funny thing is i found my copy of AJFA for a dollar, in a gay thrift store, dont ask how i got in there i didnt know "out of the closet" was a gay reference:P
that was the first record i bought :')
LMAO metallican...!!!
Thanks Megadeth43 it took me forever to find that Justice album.I got the Harvester and Fire albums by luck.Just was at the right place at the right time.
Well, it's sucky to say...but they can't help that issue because Cliff DIED. He didn't leave the band on purpose and I think that those four (James, Lars, Cliff, Kirk) had something really special that apparently will never be duplicated again.
I say that but then I don't agree with all the Jason-bashing that goes around. That dude was a solid part of that band for a LONG time. I just don't think the other 3 gave him the credit he deserved/longed for.
Well, I guess I'm just a fangirl-type cause I appreciate their different avenues album-wise. I think that their releases have shown a great variety over the years and it gives people a taste at what's going on in their creative minds.
Now if you just want all thrash all the time....obviously you're gonna be disappointed. That would get really old, in my opinion. And it's probably not just MY opinion either, as they're one of the biggest bands in the world. They're doing SOMETHING right.
I totally agree with you, I whorship all their Thrash albuns, and to me Death Magnetic is a very decent comeback, for example, Kill'em All is my favorite album by them, but i don't see those guys creating another album like that one, because they're not the same teenagers as they were with that gang like mentallity that they used to have, and that is what to me me makes those classic albuns like Kill'em All and Show no Mercy so special, in the first place, at least in my book.

Personally I like this album, no doubt it isn't as good as their 80s stuff but its a decent comeback nonetheless, this gets a 4 from me.
lak89
Now thats something you don't see around, simply awesome. Its so hard coming across Fates Warning shirts nowadays.
Maddolis
Ah nice one man, coincidently I just ordered 20 or so patches from him, my first batch of custom patches. Enjoy me some oldskool doom too!
Hypercube
Death Magnetic is good attempt. Let's see what comes next!
