You don't need a backpatch, just get the shirt and cut it to fit your jacket. That's what I did with my current back patch.

That kind of patches were made in Russia/Ukr...ine/Poland in 80s-90s. And it's still posible to find some patches like that in these contries. This Leprosy patch I've got from some ukrainian warehouser, Shah patch - from Poland... and so on
