That kind of patches were made in Russia/Ukraine/Poland in 80s-90s. And it's still posible to find some patches like that in these contries. This Leprosy patch I've got from some ukrainian warehouser, Shah patch - from Poland... and so on

бля, всем рассказывай, что ищешь такие нашивки, полюбому со временем найдутся какие-нить типы, у которых таковые лежат и их можно тупо выкупить либо обменять на что-то. Питер вообще богаче на такие штуки: я на Пите и ко такие патчи палил, что аж волосы дыбом вставали... так что дерзай! Ну а ещё в интернетах посматривай, не раз именно так находили разные весёлые штуки.
