WHY THERE'S NO THREAD HERE LISTING A RIP OFF VENDORS?

Im kinda new in this forum, I noticed there's a thread listing a good recommendation sellers here and the bad list.
but I've never seen other people's experience who got burned by vendors or experienced a bad services.

I'd like to share that I once got ripped off by this abarjsales.com,
The site says Free International Shipping if shop $100 or more, there goes my 100 bucks down the drain :(
My good never came, they never return my email, they got phone number, but I wouldn't waste more money on international call

im sure this info could be very usefull for bro & sis. I recently just found out that actually lot of metal heads around the world that got burned by this vendor. this is the kinda bad people who actually prepared to spend money at the beginning to rip people off around the globe, they've made a nice attractive site, got their own domain address.

I've just realized last year that's probably why most people shop at ebay
