THAT SHIRT WAS $16. I WASN'T GOING TO LET THE LOGO ON IT GO TO WASTE, SO I TURNED IT INTO A NECK PATCH.

I think that Carnivore patch is what he is referring to as a "neck patch." I think he just coined a new patch term! I guess we could call a bottom one an "ass patch" maybe?? I think bikers call them "Top rockers" and "Bottom rockers" if I'm correct. ANYWAYS...the jacket looks really cool even though it's a bit big.
