No I have not. I live in the U.S.A. and there is hardly any festivals here. Just tours. But I have seen. Anthrax, Slayer, Motorhead, and Suicidal Tendencies.

I saw a guy on YouTube showing patches on his denim jacket and he said he got the patches here.
