About two years ago I asked a band member of Witchburner and he told me that they made the same design with even the same "shitty" print (because it is not really good quality, but it's OK) themselves - D.I.Y. - years ago.
As I remember they were also made with black besides this green shirts. So I don't think it's a bootleg...maybe it's one, but don't have to be just because of the shitty print or something
