This one-off Lateralus print loosely fits the album's anatomical theme, although the heart itself is depicted more like one from an old medical encyclopedia than anything Alex Grey produced. The fragments of album artwork in the Tool logo itself lend a subtle nod to the disc, but I've always admired this one for not over emphasizing anything from Lateralus itself. One of many designs of the era printed on an Anvil shirt, the tag is long gone (I remember it being an itchy bastard long before vintage value was a concern of mine), but the shirt remains in excellent shape.
