There are pretty old (from the period when French Heavy Metal was stronger and with way more bands), but in the Top 10 of French HM for me.

Checked out Blaspheme so far. I really couldn't get into them. Their first album just flat out annoyed me and their second. While better never really elevated itself above "okay" in my ears. After that I just gave up.
Will give High Power a chance in the future.
