Killer! Can you get a picture of the copyright logo on the back towards the bottom under Phil's face? That might help to give some clues ;)

That's absolutely authentic, and a killer piece to find. The Winterland/Rock Express copyright is very consistent with that era. I think that generic tag is just a common tag for 1990s European releases, and would have said either Winterland or Hanes on US prints.
