Should be able to tell from the tag but I don't really know about this.. Thought it's newer cause I don't think I have any 1990 shirt that's just 50% cotton. Thank you so much for the input and flames!!

After NAFTA in 1994 t-shirts stopped being made in the USA almost entirely. Quickly after 1994 t-shirts were produced with USA fabrics (like yours) in Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador. So when I mean “late 1990s” I mean possible 1997/1998/1999 judging by this particular tag. It’s probably an early 2000s shirt though but we can’t completely exclude the late 1990s as a possibility. Hope this info helps :)
