Mortification -Five Years
Five Years was the first (and arguably the best) Mortifcation compilation. I'm not sure how many bands do shirts for compilation albums! The albums to that point are listed on the back of the shirt. The album art has elements of each cover (interestingly enough including both covers for Post Momentary Affliction).
