I think this might be the american shirt. Before 2003 cob were hardly distributed in america. I got into them in 99 and it was always a struggle to find their cds.
I ended up buying the first 2 as imports.

Ha here they were all over...not sure why...almost nobody knew them in 1999 to 2007...after that it changed drastically
